Terms of Service
Welcome to LoneStar AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LoneStar AI website and app (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you're using LoneStar AI on behalf of a school or organization, you confirm you're authorized to do so.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account (currently Gmail-based sign-in). You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to break any law or someone else's rights
- Scrape, mirror, or republish the Service in bulk without permission
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or paid-feature gates
- Upload malware, run denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise damage the Service
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm other users
- Misrepresent simulation outputs as official NFL data
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
4. Content & data
LoneStar AI generates statistical models and visualizations based on publicly available sports data. We don't claim ownership over the underlying sports data. Any analyses, simulations, or commentary produced by the platform are owned by LoneStar AI and licensed to you only for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.
5. Payments & subscriptions
Paid plans (such as War Room Pro) are billed monthly through a third-party payment processor. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months.
Pricing may change with at least 30 days' notice. Pilot/free programs may end with notice; we will give educators and active Pro users reasonable time to adjust.
6. Intellectual property
The LoneStar AI name, design, code, charts, and original models are protected. Code released on our public GitHub repository is governed by its own open-source license — see the repository for details.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is." LoneStar AI produces statistical estimates, not predictions of reality. We make no warranty that the Service will be accurate, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Do not use the Service for betting, financial, or other high-stakes decisions — see the Disclaimer for more.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoneStar AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months (which may be zero for free users).
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You can request data deletion via email (see Privacy Policy).
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the project evolves. Material changes will be noted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, unless required otherwise by your local law.
